Become a Facilitator

The New Mexico First’s Facilitation for Success workshops introduce participants to the unique consensus-building process used successfully in New Mexico First Town Halls. Upon completion of the course, participants are eligible to be a facilitator at a New Mexico First Town Hall or use their learned skills to benefit their communities and local organizations. The workshop provides knowledge and skills that enable groups to generate, develop and select between ideas to reach consensus. Learn more about becoming a facilitator.
