Joshua Schank joined the National Transportation Policy Project in 2007 and is currently the Director of Transportation Research for the Bipartisan Policy Center in Washington, DC. He previously worked as a consultant with Parsons Brinckerhoff, one of the world’s largest transportation planning and engineering firms. Joshua has also worked as an analyst at the U.S. Department of Transportation Office of the Inspector General and as a transportation planner at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York City. Joshua has a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from Columbia University, a Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Columbia University. |
