House Minority Leader Tom Taylor conceived of this one-day summit to “propose a creative and strategic process to identify unexplored ground in the business of healthcare.” His goal was to offer an atmosphere where emergent ideas can percolate. “I don’t want people to negate their ideas before expressing them because they think something can’t be done. Rather, I want individuals in this summit to have an opportunity to think big and imagine the best that healthcare in this state can be.”
